Priscilla Chan is the right person to address this project since she is a licensed pediatrician and has seen families who struggled in finding cure and simply help in managing diseases. She even cried when she spoke on stage, as she shared about knowing anyone who is related with someone who has cancer. Clearly, this project is close to her heart and would love to see progress in the field of medicine to lessen the agony of many people who are dealing with deadly diseases.

The Atlantic also featured the power couple's project saying it is not as crazy as many people think. The Chan Zuckerberg Science is not just about funding to cure diseases, but rather a statement and an influential move that could inspire other billionaires to do the same.

Many are cynical about their project but there are also a lot of people who believe in it. Are you among its believers? Share your thoughts in the comments section below.
