According to ESPN, Kevin Garnett posted a farewell video. Kevin Garnett cited that he is thankful for the fans and the league, never thought that people would appreciate him as an NBA player.

The Minnesota Timberwolves waived Kevin Garnett and will be able to receive his $8 million salary for the rest of the 2016-2017 NBA season as per The Guardian reported. Garnett decided to end his career 4 days before the Timberwolves training camp starts.

Known as the Kid, the Tractor and the Big Ticket, Kevin Garnett is a premier superstar. Kevin Garnett changed the history of the Minnesota Timberwolves as he plays with them for 13 years.
