Ben Affleck & Jennifer Garner Divorce: Mom Wants Full Custody, Jen 'Can't Take it Anymore'

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner are reportedly having problems with their marriage; they are said to be on the verge of getting a divorce.

The "Daredevil" actors, who fell in love while shooting the said movie, appear to be losing the spice of their romance and are finding it hard to rekindle the flame.

Whenever they are in public with their children, they are trying to behave as parents without issues. However, several sources say Affleck and Garner are only putting a good front for their kids: Violet, 10, Seraphina, 6, and Samuel, 3.

An insider told Radar that Ben is working on a divorce. The insider said, "They're through. ...He's told Jen that he wants the official statement to come out before their ten-year wedding anniversary."

The couple got married on June 29, 2005 and should be celebrating a decade of love and marriage less than three weeks from now, but the occasion seems to lose its significance anymore.

Affleck was seen looking at a blonde's bottom on a parking lot while out with Jen and the kids, Radar reports. A source even said that Jen saw what Affleck did but remained still.

In a report from Life & Style, Jen's friend revealed, "Their marriage has completely fallen apart, They're leading separate lives and Jen's at her breaking point. She's very good at keeping it all together, but she could snap at any time."

Garner has been a very good partner to Affleck, putting up with his gambling problems and alcohol addiction. Affleck recognized this, he even thanked his wife for putting hard work on their marriage when he gave his speech after receiving an Oscar award in 2013.

In a separate report from Life & Style, it was revealed that while Jen was in Montreal, shooting for her new film, "Nine Lives," the actress received a call reporting Affleck was 40 minutes late in picking up their children from school.  As a result, Garner had struggled to arrange another ride for the children.

Garner, can no longer take Affleck's behavioral problems and is now seeking advice from a high-profile divorce lawyer. Ben has been irresponsible and was reported to be wasting money in casinos. Moreover, Affleck has not been at home for several days.

Amid the divorce claims, Garner is reportedly planning on taking full custody of their three children. A source said Garner can no longer trust her husband to look after their children, adding that Garner's plan for custody is not negotiable.

Meanwhile, another insider has claimed that Garner and Affleck are actually planning on taking another "couples therapy." The insider said, "They're headed back to couples therapy, which was helpful to them in the past. They still love each other very much."
