NBA Trade Rumors: Ben McLemore To Keep Playing For Sacramento Kings Or Leaving? Team Wants Him Out?

Sacramento Kings is reportedly still looking to trade Ben McLemore as he has not been of great use for the NBA team. Other reports are saying, however, that because of the new coach of Sacramento Kings, he will still play for the team.

In a report by iSports Times, McLemore has been in the trading block for quite a time now but so far, nothing has been confirmed as it was reportedly decided by the new head coach for the Sacramento Kings, Dave Joerger, that they will be keeping the player. He will reportedly be used as Sacramento Kings believe that anything can happen in the upcoming 2016-2017 NBA season.

McLemore has not been playing frequently for the Sacramento Kings because George Karl was playing for the position that he also holds. McLemore has always been seen as a valuable player but he cannot show that since his playing time was limited. With the arrival of shooting guards Malachi Richardson and Arron Afflalo also made it impossible for McLemore to play more.

The head coach of the Sacramento Kings is reportedly impressed with what McLemore has been showing so decisions of whether or not to trade him will come after the training camp of the NBA team.

The 23-year-old player said in a statement regarding the trade rumors, "I've been really focused on myself this summer. I let my agent, I let my manager handle all the front-office business while I focused on Ben. I just told my team to keep me updated on anything dealing with me so I can continue to be a pro and focused on my game."

For the trade rumors surrounding McLemore, Inquisitr reported that they are having a difficult time trading him since he has little exposure so the players being offered in exchange of him would not be able to offer someone great.

It is believed that McLemore will be traded to the Chicago Bulls.

These reports are yet to be confirmed.
