'The Walking Dead' Season 7 Latest News: Official Synopsis Revealed, Rick And The Gang Are In Big Trouble

"The Walking Dead" Season 7's official synopsis has been released and it could be seen that the show has grown more dangerous this year. Rick and his team are in serious and deep trouble and it is unclear how they will survive the wrath of Negan.

iDigitalTimes reported that in the past months, it has been made known that Rick and his group falling in the hands of Negan means chaos and that one of the survivors of Alexandria will be killed off causing Rick to feel defeated and powerless. The death of that one character will also split the group in a way that it was not featured in the past seasons of "The Walking Dead." Many of the characters will reportedly lose hope once that character will be killed in "The Walking Dead" Season 7.

In the previous seasons of "The Walking Dead," Rick and his group were able to find safety, stability, and a home but all of that will be stripped away from them in the premiere of Season 7 as well as most of the episodes for the upcoming installment. They also had ordeals such as disease, hunger, and the unthinkable which made them powerful. However, this time around, Rick and his group will be broken, fractured, and bereaved.

Comic Book also reported that the official synopsis for "The Walking Dead" Season 7 says, "Negan will have successfully brought the survivors under his control, brutally convincing them to live under his rules with a deadly and horrific example of what happens if they don't."

The other characters are not yet aware of what has happened to the group of Rick and others believed that they separated from them by choice or by incident. The official synopsis for "The Walking Dead" Season 7 adds that the overall theme of the season is set to begin in the premiere of the AMC hit series. Rick and his team once thought that they owned the world but they are about to discover that it is bigger and more dangerous.

"The Walking Dead" Season 7 will be out this October 23 at 9 P.M. on AMC.
