"Married at First Sight" Season 4 spoilers reveal that in episode 12 titled, "To Love and To Cherish," the couples - Tom-Lillian, Nick-Sonia and Derek-Heather - will undergo a test to determine their trust in their partners, reports TV Guide. Trust is definitely an important part of any relationship and this may show which couples have the highest chances of surviving.

As most fans can recall, "MAFS" Season 4 couple Derek and Heather have already decided to part ways just days after the experiment began. As MailOnline notes in its report, the couple who decided to divorce recently did an activity to reflect on their experience after choosing to end their marriage.

Heather seemed to regret her decision to get divorced immediately during the "Married at First Sight" Season 4 episode. However, it does not look like she will give her marriage to Derek another chance.

Meanwhile, Tom and Lillian appeared to have some misunderstandings. "Married at First Sight" Season 4 spoilers reveal that while Lillian seemed to doubt her future with Tom, the latter explained that he would rather focus on the present than think of something uncertain.
