NBA Trade Rumors: Greg Monroe Will Come Off The Bench For The Rest Of The Season?; Bucks Are Still Trading Monroe

Greg Monroe will be coming off the bench as Milwaukee Bucks Head Coach Jason Kidd told so. Jason Kidd runs the floor like this during the NBA training camp, benching most of his starters and give way to the second unit.

According to the CBS Sports, Greg Monroe, alongside with Michael Carter-Williams will be coming off the bench for the NBA training camp. This will allow Coach Kidd to start Rashad Vaughn and Miles Plumlee to start every game.

Coach Jason Kidd also did the same thing when he was with the Brooklyn Nets benching most of his starters during the NBA training camp. Jason Kidd said he tends to do this in order to give a better space for the second unit to show and improve their potentiality as per Fast Break reports.

Since the start of the NBA off-season, Greg Monroe has been sitting on several NBA trade rumors. It's no secret that the Milwaukee Bucks are actively shopping Greg Monroe and until today, the Bucks are looking for a blockbuster deal at the expense of Monroe.

In a press released by the Morning Ledger, it is clear that several basketball analysts, including some NBA Executives believed that Monroe could be traded early next year if not before the training camp. The Milwaukee Bucks are really serious to let go Greg Monroe since they believe that Monroe doesn't really fit with them.

Greg Monroe was signed by the Bucks as a free agent last year, agreed to the terms of a three-year maximum deal not less than $50 million. Though Greg Monroe finished last season as a third scorer for the Bucks with 15.3 points and led the team in rebounds while playing 7 minutes less than Kris Middleton, still the Bucks are claiming that Monroe is not efficient for them.
