NBA Trade Rumors: Bulls, Lakers And Pelicans In Three-Way Trade Talk Involving Jimmy Butler, Anthony Davis, D'Angelo Russell And Brandon Ingram

As we near the opening of the new NBA season, the NBA trade rumors are also becoming more intense and surprising. This trend will continue until February 2017 when NBA trade will be officially over.

According to recent NBA trade rumors, Chicago Bulls, Los Angeles Lakers and New Orleans Pelicans are in a three-way trade talk involving some of their major players. The trade involves Jimmy Butler, Anthony Davis, Brandon Ingram and D'Angelo Russell.

According to Inquisitr, Jimmy Butler is heading to LA Lakers. Meanwhile, Anthony Davis will join Dwyane Wade in Chicago Bulls. The rookies of Lakers, Brandon Ingram and D'Angelo Russell will join the Pelicans.

The report has it that the New Orleans is upgrading their roster. There is no doubt that Anthony Davis is the team's superstar in the previous seasons. However, since it seems that Davis is not enough to push the team further in the playoffs, they will be letting go of their power forward to acquire more talented assets.

New Orleans Pelicans will acquire five new players in the upcoming NBA season. Aside from Brandon Ingram and D'Angelo Russell, they would also bring Lakers' point guard Jose Calderon. In addition to this, Pelican will acquire Chicago Bulls' power forward Nikola Mirotic and Bobby Portis.

Meanwhile, it is a known fact that Los Angeles Lakers are also rebuilding their roster after losing Kobe Bryant to retirement. Bringing a competitive and established player like Jimmy Butler would make a huge contribution to the team.

Aside from Bulls' Jimmy Butler, reports have it that LA Lakers is also trying to acquire Sacramento Kings' DeMarcus Cousins. Cousins has been in the NBA trade rumor mills for quite a while now and many are expecting that Boogie will be wearing a new jersey in the upcoming NBA season.
