The publication called Bunte, a German magazine, wrote a story saying that the seven-time world champion has progressed and is able to walk while being assisted. The family then sued the magazine and slammed the false reports. The longtime manager of Schumacher said in a statement, "Such speculation is irresponsible, because given the seriousness of his injuries, his privacy is very important for Michael."

Kehm also said that Schumacher, his family, and his close friends do not want to give his supporters false hope about him getting back on his former routine. Also, the death hoax reports are bothering the family because it could affect those people who genuinely care about the Formula One racer.

As for the racetrack that Schumacher raced in before becoming skilled and famous will be shutting down, Express reported. The Erftlandring Kart Circuit in Kerpen, near Cologne in northern Germany, will be closed in 2020 due to the expansion of a mining operation.
