'The Walking Dead' Season 7 Spoilers: New Teaser Revealed Negan's Kill On Season Premiere?

Many of "The Walking Dead" fans were dismayed and upset when Season 6 ended because it did not reveal who Negan, played by Jeffrey Dean Morgan kill. All die hard fans are then forced to wait for Season 7 to premier on October 23. That is more than 6 months of waiting after "The Walking Dead" Season 6 concluded on April 3, 2016.

Not to worry, The Express UK shared on Sunday, October 9 a sneak peak of what is in store on Season 7. This gave "The Walking Dead" fans a good idea as to who Negan would kill, finding relief that it won't be Rick Grimes played by Andrew Lincoln. From the clip, Negan blatantly expressed his intentions of killing Rick though it may not happen soon enough. These two will most likely have exciting scenes until it leads to the demise of any of them. "The Walking Dead" Season 7 would also reveal where Tara, played by Alanna Masterson and Heath, played by Corey Hawkins have been.

During the San Diego Comic Con "The Walking Dead" panel, EP Greg Nicotero also hinted that the first episode was intense that it affected him. It was also shared by the panel that there will be a lot of walkers outside Negan's compound. These and many others will be revealed on Season 7.

"The Walking Dead" an American horror drama has since had 6 Seasons all of which were critically acclaimed. However, it is also known that the Series' ratings have recently dropped from 6.5 million viewers from its first airing to a recent 3.8 million according to Forbes. Though this is not considered dismal to AMC as compared to their other shows, a downward trend is not something that any network would want to see.

As "The Walking Dead" Season 7 is soon to air, this is expected to improve the series' ratings and have die hard fans excited to tune in episode after episode. With cliffhangers from the previous season and intriguing words of the panel, it sure is highly likely that ratings improvement will be seen.
