NBA Latest News: Nick young To be Traded To Brooklyn Nets Or Milwaukee Bucks? How Has He Been After Iggy Azalea Fallout?

Nick Young has been one of the most frequent players to be mentioned in the trading block during the offseason after his relationship with Iggy Azalea ended due to a video allegedly leaked by his co-Los Angeles Lakers star D'Angelo Russell. As per the latest reports, he is to be traded to Brooklyn Nets or Milwaukee Bucks

Sportsrageous reported that Young has been gaining attraction from the Eastern conference teams' executives. Accordingly, Young might be traded by the Los Angeles Lakers as they are now building the team around Russell, Jordan Clarkson, and Brandon Ingram. They want to go younger by giving the bigger roles to the three aforementioned players.

Young reportedly was supposed to play the mentor role in Los Angeles Lakers but the team recently signed veteran player Luol Deng. He also has a beef with Russell and Los Angeles Lakers believe that they cannot work well with the two having a controversial situation. One of the officials from the Eastern conference teams is said to see Young as a good and happy go lucky guy who can still play and is a reliable scorer.

If he will be traded, he could replace Khris Middleton from the Milwaukee Bucks, who had an injury, while he could also replace Allen Crabbe and Tyler Johnson for the Brooklyn Nets after they walked out from the team over free agency.

Young, who plays as a guard for the Los Angeles Lakers, is however, commended by Luke Walton. Walton said in a recent interview that the way Young is playing right now will make deciding tough since they are making rotations in their roster. He noted that Young is a threat from scoring the ball and had a number if great assists during the Los Angeles Lakers vs Portland Trail Blazers play, Sportsblog reported.

He also reportedly developed a connection with Julis Randle. It remains unclear what Walton decides to do with Young. More of the changes in Los Angeles Lakers will be seen in the Saturday game of the NBA team.
