Fans are excited about the upcoming release of Microsoft Surface Pro 5 since it is revealed that the upcoming laptop will even be far superior to the Surface Pro 4. Microsoft is also to hold an event this month which could indicate that the release of the Surface Pro 5 is not that far.

The month of October seems to be a very busy month for the tech world because a lot of events are to happen not only for Microsoft but also for its big competitor Apple. It looks like that Microsoft will introduce the Surface Pro 5 at the same time Apple is releasing its MacBook Pro 2016.

If the two tech giant releases the Surface Pro 5 and the MacBook Pro 2016 at the same time but in different events, fans will really have a difficult time, which among the two should they choose once the launch begins.

The Microsoft Surface Pro 5 is rumored to carry the Kaby Lake processors which could mean that it is impossible for the laptop to be released in October because Kaby Lake will be released next year. This will be paired with Windows 10 Redstone operating system for a smooth overall performance.

For its storage, the Surface Pro 5 will have an 8GM of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. It will also have a USB Type-C port and they will not kill the headphone jack. It will also contain an advanced rechargeable Surface Pen, Tech Radar reported.

As for the price, the Surface Pro 5 is rumored to be a bit higher in price than the Surface Pro 4. Although there are no reports yet regarding the Surface Pro 5 price but most analysts are indicating that Microsoft will try to place the price of the Surface Pro 5 as the same or a bit of a little difference with its predecessor.
