The Asus ZenFone 3 Series: Complete, Compact, Ready To Go [VIDEO]

It doesn't take a good eye to spot an Asus ZenFone 3 Smartphone. The device itself has built a reputation to be a top-notch mid-tier to high-end handheld, complete with all the necessary trinkets, including a whiff of sophistication to complete its offering. Its family tree is growing, too: from the ZenFone 3 to the ZenFone 3 Laser, each comes with a stamp of excellence coming from the Taiwanese provider.

What Asus planned worked into perfection. The once in the middle ZenFone has now evolved into a new creature capable of duking it out with the likes of Samsung and Apple. Still, they won't be the first choice, but it does bring to the table an Asian flair when it comes to a reliable yet pocket friendly Smartphone. However, you can't deny that Asus did a good job designing the ZenFone 3 series. It is beautifully crafted thanks to its metal compositions and sleek aesthetics, plus it does come with the latest features like Android Marshmallow and USB Type-C charging.

The standard ZenFone 3, according to Gadgets 360, is the baseline of the "standard change" Asus said in its Zenvolution event. As the starting block the Zenfone 3 sports a 2.5D Corning Gorilla Glass 3 at the front and back to protect its 5.5inch body. Underneath is a 2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 CPU, 4GB RAM and a 64GB of internal storage.

The Deluxe version, or more commonly known as the ZenFone 3 Deluxe, is the sandblasted aluminum alloy version of the series that comes with Asus' "invisible antenna" design. It is a 5.7inch monster with a coat of Corning Gorilla Glass 4 in front for protection. It also dons a quad-core processor, 6GB RAM, a staggering 23megapixel rear camera alongside an 8 megapixel up front.

Meanwhile, the ZenFone 3 Ultra and the ZenFone 3 Laser are beasts in their own right. The former is a tab-like 6.8inch device coupled with 4GB RAM, 64GB onboard storage and an octa-core processor. The latter on the other hand is a humble 5.5inch Smartphone, 4GB RAM, 13 megapixel rear camera and an 8megapixel selfie clicker.

The entire line of the ZenFone 3 Series is, to say the least, protected of the highest quality. What's more is Asus has thrown in a PixelMaster 3.0 technology to work with a Sony sensor for crisp and clear picture quality. There's also the company's ZenUI 3.0 based on Android Marshmallow to run the show.
