‘Orange Is The New Black’ Season 5 Spoilers: Taylor Schilling's Piper Chapman Is Next To Die In The New Season?

"Orange Is The New Black" Season 5 will be released on Netflix in June next year. With the death of Poussey in "Orange Is The New Black" Season 4, fans are dying to know what will happen next in Litchfield Penitentiary. Could another death of a major character rock the viewers next season?

Rumors are rampant that the next character to die in "OINTB" would be Piper Chapman. Taylor Schilling, the actress playing Piper Chapman in "OINTB" has said that her character had lost herself last "Orange Is The New Black" season 4. Taylor Schilling has also said that she's concerned for what will happen to her "OINTB" character in an interview with Popsugar.

According to fan theories, the change in Piper Chapman's hair indicates the fate of this "OINTB" character. In the beginning of "Orange In The New Black", Piper Chapman usually wears her hair down while in the following seasons, she's seen pulling her hair back gradually.

In "OITNB" season 4, Piper Chapman has become more gangster. Her underwear operation has made her more vicious and manipulative. Her "employees" in her underwear operation lead by Flaca will try harder to get back at Piper Chapman.

Another "OITNB" character that has it bad for Piper Chapman is Stella. Stella cleaned out Piper's business profits. Piper then hid contraband in Stella's junk resulting to Stella getting sent to maximum security. Basically, a lot of "OITNB" characters are angry at Piper Chapman and they want their revenge.

Piper Chapman could very well die in the hands of Alex or more likely Kubra's henchmen. Alex has time and time again proven how untrustworthy and wily she is. With her dealings with Kubra, Alex could put Piper Chapman's life in danger in "Orange Is The New Black" season 5.

But Piper Chapman could very well get out of "OITNB" season 5 alive but most likely damaged and very well changed. Piper's nearing the end of her sentence prison in "OITNB" and if she could just hold on, she'll make it out. However, with the chaos going on in Litchfield, she'd either get in trouble and get an extension in her sentence or she could very well die.
