[Shocking] Two Black Teenage Girls Slapped And Attacked An Old Man; Teens Face Third-Degree Assault Charges

Two black female teenagers, ages 14 and 15, were charged of third-degree assault after allegedly attacking a 61-year-old man in Syracuse, New York. The assault was caught on a cellphone video footage and went viral online.

The two teens, who can't be named, punched the old man in the face and head after being told politely by the old man to keep off his lawn. A roughly 33-second video posted to Facebook shows the attack of two black female teens on a 61-year-old man in front of his house in Syracuse, New York. As of today, it has been viewed more than 1.1 million times on Facebook, according to Daily Mail.

In the video, there was an argument between the old man and a crowd of teenage girls. After how many seconds, a teenage girl approached the old man and punched him in his face. The old man chased the teenage girls into the road when another teenage girl grabbed him and span him around. This time the old man stumbled in the middle of the street. The old man stood up and continued to chase the teenage girls - end of the video.

After the commotion, the old man went to the police and reported the whole incident. He said that a group of teens were sitting on his front lawn and when he asked them politely to stay away from his property, a teenage girl punched him twice in the face and head.

The two girls were arrested Thursday, Oct. 20 after being located by Syracuse S.I.R.P. Detectives working at Syracuse High Schools, according to CNYCentral. In an interview with CNYCentral, the mother of one of the two female teens said that what her daughter did was uncalled for and is accepting responsibility for the incident. The mother also added they will face whatever consequences come with it and has apologized to the old man.

The two teenage girls have been charged with third-degree assault. But for the meantime, Syracuse police released the two teenage girls to their parents on the issuance of appearance tickets.
