Ratings for "Jill And Jessa: Counting On" have reportedly increased slightly in recent weeks and many believe that it is due to the announcement that Jinger Duggar is engaged to Jeremy Vuolo. Also, the confirmation that Jessa Duggar is expecting her second child made the rating increase as well. Viewers believe that these are all timed because the executives of TLC have been having second thoughts on renewing "Jill And Jessa: Counting On" for a third season.
