‘Outlander’ Season 3 Latest Spoilers, News & Updates: Battle Of Culloden Will End Sooner Than Expected; How Will Claire Reunite With Jamie?

"Outlander" Season 3 latest news suggests that the Battle of Culloden will end in the middle of the season to allow the story to transition to Voyager, the third book of the novel. It has also been confirmed that Claire (Caitriona Balfe) and Jamie (Sam Heughan) will travel different places for two long decades. It remains to be seen when the pair will reunite or will they really see each other again.

"Outlander" Showrunner Ronald D. Moore already confirmed that the Battle of Culloden will just take half of the upcoming season. The show is then suggested to transcend to Voyager novel's story wherein it will be revealed that Jamie survived the battle, Sportsrageous reported. It remains to be seen how Jamie survived the violent Battle of Culloden but if the novel is to be considered, Jamie is said to survive with a help from Lord John Grey.

"Outlander" Season 3 is also expected to see Claire and Jamie from two different timelines. Both of them are believed to live their lives separately when Claire traveled back to her present time and left Jamie in the Battle of Culloden. Reports claimed that Claire will try to live her life with her husband Frank (Tobias Menzies).

However, speculations on "Outlander" Season 3 surfaced that Claire will be having marriage issues with her husband. Additionally, Claire will also be giving birth to a baby girl who she thought would change their lives as husband and wife. But things will reportedly not work out well, causing Claire to just focus on taking care of her child, CounselHeal reported.
