'Sleepy Hollow' Season 4 Spoilers & Updates: Abbie's Death Unviels A New Ichabod Crane

Abbie Mills death is perhaps the most disappointing part of the season 3 finale. Now, the "Sleepy Hollow" Season 4 arrives with lots of supernatural mess than what the lead character Ichabod Crane anticipates.

The tormenting death of Abbie Mills (Nicole Beharie) in the last season had left his partner Ichabod Crane (Tom Mison) devastated. Followers of the show have all lamented with the unfortunate change. How will Crane continue without his biblically-foretold witness and partner?

The absence of Mills had everybody assuming that the Fox paranormal drama won't be as exciting. But as what the production had promised, the new face of the series is just a new beginning of a gripping story to look forward to.

In an interview with TV Line, Tom Mison reveals that the peculiar genius will sober from being the 'smartest person.' His subsequent move to Washington D.C will have an impact to his slightly changed persona.

Jenny Mills (Lyndie Greenwood) will be in Washington D.C with Crane to continue their mission. As he explores the U.S capital, he will get him into discovering the unrelenting secrets of America's history.

The season will also introduce new faces that will add more blood and spice in Crane's life. He will be involved in a secret group based in the nation's capital. And a new supernatural entity-buster partner Dianna played by Janina Gavankar.

According to Movie News Guide, Diana is a special agent whom he'll have trouble getting along with. However, both of them have a shared grief of losing their partners. And although she doesn't believe in the supernatural world, a mysterious man from 250-year will get them both into untangling the muddles.

Fox drama's upcoming fourth season will have its first release in early of 2017. It's not just Crane who changed a little. It's a new place with a new team.
