"The Walking Dead" Season 7 premiere was brutal for "TWD" cast and fans alike, but star Andrew Lincoln (Rick Grimes) says he's quite happy. Granted Rick Grimes was as responsible as Daryl Dixon (Norman Reedus) on the final and brutal death tally at "The Walking Dead" Season 7 Episode 1, but Andrew Lincoln assures fans he has a reason to be happy.
