Katie Holmes News: ‘Dawson's Creek’ Actress Criticized Ex Tom Cruise’s Role As A Father To Suri?

In 2012, Katie Holmes made headlines all over the world by suddenly filing a divorce case to then unsuspecting, Tom Cruise. When the divorce was finalized, the "Dawson's Creek" star seems to have successfully led a quiet normal life with daughter, Suri. Just recently, though a website is claiming that Katie Holmes supposedly has bad words against ex-husband Tom Cruise in relation to the latter's relationship with their 10-year old daughter.

An article that appeared in Radar Online claims that Katie Holmes lambast Tom Cruise during an interview as the "Jack Reacher" actor has not actively done his part to remain close to daughter, Suri. However, the article that appeared in the said site seems to be untrue as the interview it was referring to actually appeared in Entertainment Tonight and Tom Cruise was not even mentioned in the article.

The said interview actually focuses on Katie Holmes experience as a first-time director in her upcoming movie, "All We Had." The film in which the actress also plays the lead role follows the story of a struggling single mother and her 18-year old daughter (played by Stefania Owen). Since the movie, "All We Had," works around the theme of a mother-daughter bond, Katie Holmes did not forget to give a special thank you to her child, Suri who serves as her inspiration for the film.

Katie Holmes love for daughter is so evident as she shared how the pretty 10-year old makes every day more awesome. The 37-year old actress further said that Suri made her know herself better.

Even though it may be true that former husband Tom Cruise has not seen her daughter, Suri in years, it seems like the rumors about Katie Holmes badmouthing Tom Cruise is far from reality. So those who are hoping for an impending rip-off between Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise - sorry folks but it seems like it's never Katie Holmes style.
