'One Punch Man' Season 2 Update, Spoilers: Saitama Defeated, Distracted From New Found Romance?

The most-watched anime of 2015 will finally have its new season. "One Punch Man" Season 2 will most likely come to the small screen in the first quarter of 2017.

A lot of fans were hoping that "One Punch Man" season 2 might be back by late 2016, but with barely two months before the year ends, the series will probably be back by January. Fans are therefore speculating on the new adventures and foes that Saitama will have to overcome.

According to The Bitbag, one of the most interesting spoilers for "One Punch Man" season 2 puts Saitama in a battlefield which is very different from season 1. This time, it seems that the reluctant hero just might fall in love this season! There are no official statements from the creators of the "One Punch Man" series, but they have several choices for Saitama's probable love interest, such as Tatsumaki or Fubuki.

Meanwhile, Ecumenical News reports that a previous enemy of Saitama, who he defeated at the end of "One Punch Man" season 1, will be back for season 2 to take revenge on the hero. Lord Boros, the leader of The Dark Matter Thieves, who went to different planets to look for strong opponents, will come back for a chance to defeat the hero.

His fight with Saitama in "One Punch Man" in season 1 had the hero excited, as Lord Boros could withstand The Caped Baldy's powerful punch. But in the end, Saitama's strength was still too much for the alien invader.

Fans of the webtoon are anticipating that "One Punch Man" season 2 will bring the most powerful villain to face Saitama yet. A former disciple of S-class hero Silver Fang, Garou is someone who hates heroes and will surely prove to be a formidable opponent for Saitama.

While all these are still speculations and rumors, fans are still eagerly awaiting for the antics that Saitama will show in "One Punch Man" season 2. Are you excited for the new season of "One Punch Man"? Share your thoughts below.
