“Suicide Squad” News: Extended Cut To Feature More Of Joker And Harley Quinn! Watch Teaser Here!

Wouldn't you agree that there is something about the bad and the worst that draws people in? The said theory is especially true in the huge box-office success of the film about the world's most dangerous superheroes, "Suicide Squad."

Now it seems that "Suicide Squad" has more to offer the viewers by coming up with an extended cut version for its home copy release as published in Den of Geek. Though some fans are excited to see the scenes that are deleted from the theatrical release, others feel cheated that the movie version turned out to be somewhat incomplete.


As reported in Variety, the extended cut version of 'Suicide Squad" will feature 13 minutes of deleted scenes from the film release. In this version, fans can expect to see more of Joker (played by Jared Leto) and Harley Quinn (played by Margot Robbie). It will be recalled that shortly after the movie was released last August, Jared Leto complained about his deleted scenes as Joker .

The creators of "Suicide Squad" piques the interest of viewers by coming up with a teaser showing some of the scenes from the missing footage. The "Suicide Squad" extended cut version will first be available for digital download in the United Kingdom on Nov 28. Meanwhile, the DVD, Blu-ray, and Ultra HD and Blu-ray versions will be released on Dec 5.

The "Suicide Squad film" is written by David Ayer and stars Will Smith, Jared Leto, Viola Davis, and Cara Delevingne. Released worldwide last Aug 2016, the movie earnings amounted to $745 million, making it the eight highest grossing Hollywood movies for this year
