'Kingdom Hearts 2.8' Updates: Preorder Bonuses For Japanese Players; More Game Information

"Kingdom Hearts" fans have been very patient. They have waited a long time for the release of the new installment in the franchise. After a long wait, the "Kingdom Hearts 2.8" is almost around the corner. It is reported that the game will have lots of pre-order bonuses.

If the player has pre-ordered the game in US, they are going to receive a collector's pin that has Mickey and Sora on it. We hope that you are a genuine fan of Disney pins. The Japanese fans who preorder "Kingdom Hearts 2.8" will have a much cooler bonus.

If the Japanese fans pre-order "Kingdom Hearts 2.8," they'll get one of three exclusive acrylic mini-crystal stands. These stands depict three different moments in the game's story. This is depicted in a very cartoonish way. These stands are illustrated by legendary Square Enix and "Final Fantasy" designer Tetsuya Nomura himself. There are other bonuses in the package which include a new PlayStation 4 theme for those who order from Amazon, reported Game Rant.

The three stands that come as bonuses are named Air, Bond, and Coming and each of them represent different moments within the "Kingdom Hearts" story. Air shows that Sora is asleep and is a moment from "Kingdom Hearts: Dream Drop Distance." Bond depicts a moment from "Kingdom Hearts: Birth By Sleep" where one of the new protagonists, Aqua, exclaims that "There's always a way!" Coming depicts the original trio of Sora, Donald Duck, and Goofy walking from Yen Sid's Mysterious Tower. These bonuses are good and are a treat for the Japanese fans who pre-order the game. However, for the fans who really like the Disney pins, even the US bonuses are appealing, reported Siliconera.

For those who are new to the game, "Kingdom Hearts 2.8" is a collection of different stories leading up to "Kingdom Hearts 3." The games also include the remastered version of "Kingdom Hearts: Dream Drop Distance" for the Nintendo 3DS. For the PlayStation 4 players, it is given an HD edge. There are new stories also that are included which features the Foretellers and events after "Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep." The game will be released in Japan on January 12, 2017. It will be released elsewhere after a week later on January 24.
