Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie Divorce: Couple Faces Financial Battle Despite Prenup, Fight For Children's Custody Messier

The once power-couple, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt who ended their two-year marriage with a divorce now prepares for a financial battle over their properties who both are working on, selling off some of the properties they acquired as a couple.

According to Hollywood Take, Pitt whose net worth is about $240 million is higher than Jolie's whose net worth is estimated to be $160 million. But sources say neither of the two is concerned about money and their 12 other properties because of their prenup.

On an article by TMZ, the couple's prenuptial agreement was very clear. It already addresses who will get what, as if predicting a divorce coming their way. It is said that the real fight between the two would most probably be about the custody of their children.

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt has six children, three of their own and three who they have adopted. Maddox, who Angelina adopted from Cambodia prior to their marriage, Zahara adopted from Ethiopia, Pax adopted from Vietnam, and their three biological kids Shiloh and their twins, Knox and Vivienne.

Jolie filed a divorce stating that Pitt has parenting issues. She later revealed that Pitt has anger problems and uses substances such as weed and alcohol which affects how he deals with their children. Apart from that, other rumors also emerged stating possible reasons behind their split. But Jolie's lawyer said that it is for the "health" of the family.

Along with Jolie's filing of her divorce documents, she also requested that she be given full physical custody of their children with Pitt being granted nothing more than visitation.

Brad Pitt on the other hand has declared that he is prepared to go on a full-on battle with his wife on the custody of their children.

Their children are living with Angelina Jolie in Los Angeles while investigations are on-going.
