Teen Stress: Causes & Ways To Reduce Stress Parents Should Know

Stress is more in teens than adults as per American Psychological Association, which is quite alarming for parents. Parents should know that dealing teen stress is necessary before it worsens. There are some of causes and ways to reduce stress and parents need to take a call.

"Teen Stress" is what the kids experience during an important exam - very anxious, worried, increased heart rate, angry, etc. it is how the body responds to a demanding or a threatening experience. It also happens when people are under pressure of something or stuck in an adverse situation.
