Jimmie Johnson's Daughter Loves Taylor Swift's Music

Jimmie Johnson's daughter Genevieve Marie is a great fan of Taylor Swift.

The NASCAR race driver, who was busy with a photoshoot for ESPN The Magazine's music issue in New York City, recently opened up with People magazine about his toddler daughter Genevieve Marie and her interests.

"She loves music. Anytime we're in the car, she's asking for [Taylor]," Johnson told People magazine. "She knows the name of the songs she wants to hear."

Genevieve is the first child of Johnson and wife Chandra.

The 2-year-old is definitely a girly-girl, who can compromise on anything except her love for the color pink.

"She is all girl ... and I mean everything," he explained to the magazine. "Down to her plate and her fork - it is all princesses [and] Cinderella."

Interestingly, the little girl, who is very particular in maintaining her feminine style in each and every thing, cannot avoid one precious toy from her collection - a toy car that is similar to her dad's race car.

"She knows about my race car and watches racing and always asks, 'Daddy's race?' I'm like, 'No, wrong car, wrong style of race car,'" he said. "She has a little race car of mine that she'll carry around ... [it's] the one part she has [that's not girlie]."

Johnson, who started displaying his interests in motorcycles and race cars from school days, met model Chandra Janway in New York City in 2002. After dating for two years, the couple tied the knot in 2004.

The NASCAR champion, who has grabbed Driver of the Year Award four times, admits he is lucky to get an understanding wife like Chandra.

"My best attribute as a driver is my focus, my level of concentration, and having Chandi in my life allows me to not worry about things outside of racing when I walk through the gates each weekend," Johnson told SI Vault in November 2008. "This sounds corny, but Chandi and I are teammates. We're in love, and she gives me total peace of mind."
