‘Homeland’ Season 6 Trailer Released; Show Goes To New York City Election And Inauguration Day, Carrie, Claire Danes Character, Spars With CIA

The new “Homeland” trailer sets the fans back to the new season, but in a different setting. From Europe, “Homeland” is now set in New City.

The Big Apple has a lot of going on in the current season. The season is set for 72 hours in a very interesting plot of who’s going to be the president. “Homeland” has a timely plot regarding the upcoming U.S. presidential election, says Alex Gansa to EOnline.

Claire Danes, playing Carrie in “Homeland” is seen to set some action with the CIA Director, Dar Adal, played by F. Murray Abraham. The fans can also anticipate a reunion with Carrie and her daughter in the upcoming season.

But everyone is also anticipating Carrie and Quinn, played by Rupert Friend, encounter. Will Carrie’s occasional relationship with Quinn play an important role in their meet? That’s one reason to watch the new season of “Homeland,” as reported by TV Line.

“Homeland” season 6 plot storyline picks up some months after Carrie prevented the attack of terrorists in Berlin, as stated by Showtime. Carrie, played by Claire Danes in “Homeland” is currently residing in Brooklyn.

Carrie is also working at a foundation. The foundation aids the Muslims in the United States. Everything will happen within 72 hours, and that’s something every fan is looking forward to.

Carrie’s work may give the fans an idea on the plot of the new season. The “Homeland” producers just revealed that this season is set to focus on the fallout the 9/11 in New York, specifically the Pentagon.
