WWE Smackdown The Undertaker Returns for Landmark 900th Episode; Last Episode Before Survivor Series

WWE Smackdown confirmed return of The Undertaker for its landmark 900th episode on November 15. This will be WWE Smackdown’s final episode before WWE Survivor Series.

With plenty of rumors circulating that the "Deadman" will once again entertain fans and make his appearance inside the ring, a tweet from the Mohegan Sun Arena has finally put these rumors to rest. In the tweet, they have officially announced the return of The Undertaker to Wilkes-Barre for the 900th episode of WWE Smackdown Live.

Prepare as the bells will toll and lights dimmed for an exciting and highly anticipated WWE Smackdown episode for The Undertaker will once again drag his iconic coffin into the ring. Mark your calendars as the first appearance of The Undertaker inside the ring will be on Tuesday.

However, there is no official confirmation yet as to whether or not The Undertaker will participate in any match. What is certain is that he will not be featured on the card of the pay-per-view shows in the WWE Survivor Series, which will happen five days later.

Despite being reported just recently to be recovering from a hip surgery, The Undertaker, whose real name is Mark Calloway, seemed to be in a much better condition as he delivers the Championship belt to the Cleveland Cavaliers star Keith Love, wearing his trademark black coat and hat. The veteran grappler has a fantastic 23-1 record during the extravaganza and has lost only to Brock Lesnar. He last appeared during WWE Hell in a Cell match against Shane McMahon during this year's April showpiece. His return to the ring might signal the beginning of a new WrestleMania 33 storyline.

Having been a cornerstone of Team Blue for a long time, The Undertaker's return to WWE Smackdown's 900th landmark episode is in no doubt linked to The Phenom's history. This is something that fans definitely would not want to miss. Whatever The Undertaker has in store for the viewers is anybody's guess and everyone's waiting to see how he would perform after a long break.
