‘NBA 2K17’ News & Update: Patch 1.05 Now Available!

Earlier this week, 2K Games announced the release of Patch Update 1.05 for "NBA 2K17". The said release carries major bug fixes and improvements on the game, as well as, various changes to "NBA 2K17" gameplay.

The full patch notes citing all the details regarding "NBA 2K17" update was revealed on their Facebook page. One of these changes which is too noteworthy for PS4 owners, is the PS4 Pro support feature. This update lets you enjoy full HDR and 4K resolution at 60FPS when playing "NBA 2K17" on PS4 Pro.

Some updates also involve improvements on the authenticity of several uniforms and stadiums on "NBA 2K17". On the Golden State Warriors uniforms, a #42 patch was added in honor of the late Nate Thurmond.

Players can now use post-release uniforms in Play Now games and post-release shoes will now dynamically appear in game mode saves or when starting a new mode on "NBA 2K17. In addition to this, you can also deactivate socks from MyPLAYER.

Moreover, Cleveland Cavaliers court floor has also been updated to match their 2016-2017 design. "NBA 2K17" now provides an option for players not to use the 'Zoom in Paint' camera when using the default settings.

There are also several changes in the "NBA 2K17" gameplay as well. Players of the game will no longer be able to prolong MyTEAM Blacktop games by committing reach-in fouls.

The Jamal Crawford double behind-the-back combo size up has been fixed and is now working properly when activated. Aiming is now much easier when using the broadcast camera for those who use the Pro Stick shot aiming.

Other updates include, improvements on making catching short passes more reliable, dial black pass speeds to achieve better game balance and achieving a more realistic physics-based bounce by softening the top front rim of the ball. General improvements also include responsiveness and to the CPU's double-team logic and general defensive AI decision making.

"NBA 2K17" Patch Update 1.05 has only been released on PS4 and Xbox One and soon on PC. These patch updates have been confirmed to improve the game and let players enjoy what seems to be the one of the greatest games of their lives.
