‘Scorpion’ Season 3 Episode 8 Spoilers & Promo: Megan’s Touching Memorial; Paige & Walter Hooking Up With Veronica’s Help?

Character deaths aren't easy not just for viewers, but for the characters left behind in a TV show as well. In the upcoming episode of "Scorpion" Season 3, Megan's (Camille Guaty) death last season will come to the forefront again as Walter (Elyes Gabel) and Sylvester (Ari Stidham) deals with her touching memorial.

As "Scorpion" viewers witnessed, Walter and Sylvester both loved Megan a great deal. In episode eight of Season 3, Team Scorpion heads to Ireland for Megan's touching one-year memorial. While there, Walter "discovers that a nearby lake's natural disaster has created a poisonous cloud that could kill everyone in the village," SpoilerTV reported.

Cabe (Robert Patrick) and Toby (Eddie Kaye Thomas), meanwhile, attempts to ease Walter and Tim's (Scott Porter) rift. The two are not in good terms because they both have feelings for Paige (Katharine McPhee) and both are vying for her love. Tim's continued arc on "Scorpion" is greatly appreciated but at the same time, viewers are shipping Walter and Paige together. It remains to be seen who will win Paige's heart.

Tim's prospects regarding Paige, however, aren't promising given that even the apple of his eye's mother is in favor of Walter. In upcoming "Scorpion" episodes, Veronica (Lea Thompson) won't hesitate to tell her daughter Paige that she wants her to end up with Walter instead of Tim.

In Season 3 of "Scorpion," Veronica will develop a friendship with Walter and she will even advise him about how to court Paige. Whether Walter would follow Veronica's advice is still unknown at this point given that he previously tried to tell Paige of his romantic feelings for her. That plan, however, didn't work out.

There's also the matter of Walter seeing Paige and Tim making out in Lake Tahoe in the premiere episode of "Scorpion" Season 3. Naturally, Walter was brokenhearted over what he witnessed and he walked away with his pain.

Walter tried to ignore his feelings for Paige in this week's "Scorpion" episode. And though he will receive some encouragement from Veronica, Cabe will adopt a different tone and discourage Walter from pursuing his friend. Could this mean that Veronica's plan to unite Walter and Paige would fail?
