'Jill And Jessa: Counting On': Why Was Amy Duggar Absent From Jinger And Jeremy Vuolo's Wedding? Amy Speaks Up! [Video]

Amy Duggar was visibly absent during the wedding of her cousin Jinger Duggar to Jeremy Vuolo last Nov. 5. Because the Duggars are known for their close family ties, fans of TLC's "19 Kids and Counting and "Jill and Jessa: Counting On" speculate that perhaps Amy wasn't invited because of trouble within the Duggar family.

Amy's absence was a surprise to many as she went to all of her other cousins' weddings. Jinger and Jeremy's wedding was the biggest one in the family with over 1,000 guests and still no sign of Amy among them.

Could Amy not have been invited because of her explosive tell-all interview with People late last year, where she sided with Anna Duggar amid cousin Josh's scandal? Moreover, Amy is tagged as the rebel of the family and said that "I don't feel guilty for being me." She also revealed that she wasn't a virgin when she got married and also took birth control pills, which were against the Duggars' strict Christian values.

However, Amy was quick to dismisses such speculations. Speaking with Entertainment Tonight, she insisted that she was indeed invited, and she was not cut off from the family. Unfortunately, she had "something scheduled" from a year ago on the date of Jinger's big day.

Amy and her husband, Dillon King, went to Las Vegas to attend the Sin City's 2017 SEMA Show. King owns a hydrographic business for vehicles.

Amy also added that she didn't want to miss the wedding, but she's looking forward to celebrating with Jinger when she gets back. She sent her well-wishes to the bride on her Instagram account.
