‘GTA 5 Online’ Updates: New Deadline Mode and Shotaro Bike For PS4 and Xbox One

The announcement leaked out online after months of circulation, and the game developer Rockstar has now implemented its update for "GTA 5 Online." The exciting new list reveals and confirms the dates for updates and future implementations across the game's universe set for this year. Fans of the game may now ride on the new Shotaro bike, whose orbital wheel designed is reminiscent of the hit sci-fi film "Tron."

Other sets to be launched include vehicles in relation to the new Biker DLC. A whole new range of Adversary modes will also be available soon for "GTA 5 Online" players, and one of these modes, Deadline, will be the only other way to unlock the game's prized Shotaro bike.

There are three new "GTA 5 Online" modes that were found to be existing, but these will still need some update to be added into the game's database. The modes that are ready include Deadline, Kill Quota, and Lost vs. Damned, with the latter having been released alongside the Halloween update just last week.

The new Shotaro bike is set to cost more than $2.5m for an in-game purchase, alongside much cheaper content like the Esskey and Youga Classic. The outfits inspired by the film "Tron" will come as accessories to the bike, but they won't be cheap, with each piece going for around 200k.

In a report by IGN, the Nagasaki Shotaro leaves behind a neon trail. The mode used to unlock it for purchase is aptly named Deadline. Deadline is a 4-player arena deathmatch, with each player sporting a Shotaro, with a different color for each. Players will attempt to lure and kill off each other through their neon light trails, much like the scene from the film that inspired it. There are three power-ups available, and players get double the cash and RP until November 21 if they participate.

A new Premium Race is also available: Over the Bridge. It runs across the docks and freeways of Los Santos, with tripled RP for all participants and prizes for the top three racing contenders. For every purchase of the Nagasaki Shotaro, an in-game Nagasaki logo T-shirt goes to the buyer's inventory for free.

Dataminers have also found evidence of new content which enables a car selling feature. All this could be part of a huge final update for 2016, but Rockstar's fans might need to wait a little more. Check out the video below as it discusses the Nagasaki Shotaro in terms of specification.
