‘Chicago Fire’ Season 5 Episode 5 Spoilers And Updates: What Makes This 100th Episode Special? Team Joined The Diabetes Dance Dare [VIDEOS]

As the hit action-drama series "Chicago Fire" celebrates its 100^th episode this Tuesday, Nov. 15, fans are in for more heart-pumping scenes and more tension to make this episode extra special. Also, the team made a conscious effort to help join the fight against diabetes by making their own "Diabetes Dance Dare" video.

The upcoming "Chicago Fire" season 5 episode 5 marks the 100^th episode of the hit firefighting series. The 100^th episode will be extra special as fans of "Chicago Fire" can expect greater tension, brought by the nature of their job, plus a greater tension will most likely shake the team as well.

Episode 5 of "Chicago Fire" will highlight the intense conflict which will rise between Lt. Matthew Casey (Jesse Spencer) and Lt. Kelly Severide (Taylor Kinney) as the next episode will feature the beginning of an intense argument between the two. "Chicago Fire" fans will see how this rift will progress, and it seems that one episode is not enough to solve the matter, as the synopsis for episode 6 confirms Casey and Severide will continue to argue.

Another factor to make this episode 100 extra special is the arc where the lead cast, Casey will fail to save one victim from the fire. "Chicago Fire" episode 100 would be heart-breaking to see the aftermath of the failure of Casey in his job and how Casey will take such failure.

Meanwhile, the "Chicago Fire" team took time out to help those who are suffering with Diabetes. While on the set of "Chicago Fire," the cast made a dance video called "Diabetes Dance Dare" where fans can see their beloved "Chicago Fire" cast doing their dance moves. The 23-second-video was an effort to raise awareness on how others can help join the fight against diabetes, as one person is diagnosed with diabetes every 23 seconds. The cast of "Chicago Fire" also challenged the other shows, "Chicago PD," "Chicago Med" and "Chicago Justice" to do the dance dare.
