'The Rolling Stones' Guitarist Ronnie Wood too Old to have Children with New Wife

"The Rolling Stones" guitarist Ronnie Wood, concerned about his old age, is planning to drop his plans of having a child with new wife Sally Humphreys.

"It's tough when you get to my age," entertainmentwise.com quoted Wood as saying. "A lovely little baby lives next door and whenever we pop round the mum goes, 'Gladly, oh please (look after the baby for me)...' Next, we're going to get a puppy."

The revelation comes contrary to the 65-year-old's previous wish, which he expressed shortly after tying the knot with his girlfriend of six months Humphreys, in December 2012.

"They have enjoyed being by themselves and have a real laugh but a baby is something they both really want in the near future," a source close to the couple told Mirror at that time.

Wood has four children: 36-year-old son Jesse from his first wife and model Krissy, 34-year-old daughter Leah, and 29-year-old son Tyrone with second wife Jo Wood, and a son Jamie from an ex-relationship.

However, the musician is definitely going to be busy by headlining Glastonbury this year.

"Wouldn't it be nice. We've got a meeting next month and that's going to be my first question to them," he told Wales Online. "It's something I've always been interested in. I'm going to twist their arms."
