'The Avengers' News: Can Thor Beat The Hulk In A Fight? Stan Lee's Take On This Seems To Be Surprising For Some Fans

When Hulk gets more mad, he becomes stronger, and that is one of the reasons why fans always include him in fantasy fights. Being the Hulk, his strength is limitless, however, the powers of other heroes and villains can try to prove otherwise.

Recently, the iconic comic book writer, Stan Lee revealed an answer on who would win the match between Thor and Hulk. Stan Lee talked to a young kid, KJ Ricci, who is a Leukemia survivor at Rhode Islands Comic Con. Ricci asked who won in a fight between Thor and Hulk, Lee answered with Thor winning the fight, according to ComicBook.

Stan Lee mentions Thor would be the winner and it is because he is one of the Norse gods. Lee added that Hulk may be strong but as strong as he is, he is still mortal. That's the reason why Thor would win and it makes perfect sense because Thor is an actual god.

On "Journey Into Mystery #112" in 1965, a battle between the Hulk and Thor first erupted after Hulk was ejected from the Avengers roster. After how many decades, the "Incredible Hulk #440" in 1996 came up and the rivalry between Hulk and Thor resurfaced. Both comics didn't conclude a winner, according to Movie Pilot.

Thor and Hulk are two of "The Avengers'" biggest brute offer. Stan Lee's answer made some fans gone into an outrage and defend their 'Hulk" team. One fan mentions that if Stan Lee thinks Thor can beat the Hulk, then Lee is clearly old and losing touch with reality. Another fan mentions that Hulk will win and there's nothing impressive about a hammer thrower.

In "The Avengers" movie, the Marvel Cinematic Universe fans have already seen Hulk and Thor clash on the big screen. Hulk and Thor battled it out but there was never a real conclusion. Hulk ended up jettisoned from the aircraft that was falling.

The fans may be defending the Hulk team, but the comics are backing up Thor. In 2001, "Incredible Hulk Annual Vol 1" comics, Thor knocked out the Incredible Hulk with a lightning bolt on the back of his head. But Thor's win came too short when Hulk had his revenge and beat the Asgardian prince while sleeping.

Whether it's the Hulk or Thor, Stan Lee's answer didn't impress a lot of fans. Stan Lee has answered some fantasy battle questions this year including the Hulk Vs. The Thing. Lee answered quickly with the Hulk, of course.
