‘Scream Queens’ Season 2 Air Date, News, & Updates: Green Meanie Unmasked Episode 6 ‘Blood Drive’; Nurse Hoffel, Dr. Cassidy Killers?
After the shocking twist of “Scream Queens” Season 2 Episode 5, the promo trailer of Episode 6 aptly titled “Blood Drive” teases the unmasking of the Green Meanie. Among the featured faces are Nurse Hoffel and Dr. Cassidy. Could they be actually the killers?
In the promo synopsis of "Scream Queens" Season 2 Episode 5 posted on Cartermatt: "After an influx of patents at the C.U.R.E. institute, Dean Munsch and Chanel organize a blood drive to solve the hospital's severe shortage. Meanwhile, Nurse Hoffel sets a plan of revenge in motion, Hester finds a way to join the hospital's staff and a shocking revelation involving The Green Meanie."
Clearly, Nurse Hoffel has been somewhat a bit shady since the beginning of "Scream Queens" Season 2, leaving fans to speculate that she might be working with the Green Meanie. And as fans know by now, the possibility that Dr. Cassidy could be the Green Meanie might not turn out the way as fans expected.
After all, no one thought that Hester was one of the babies in the tub and turned out to be the Red Devil in "Scream Queens" Season 1, per Variety. This time, Dr. Cassidy is the baby boy of the murdered patient, as revealed in "Scream Queens" Season 2 Episode 5, but it wasn't yet revealed he is the Green Meanie.
Although the motive of the Green Meanie is unclear, despite revenge as first on the list, he or she mainly stalks and kills the staff and patients of C.U.R.E Institute Hospital. The Green Meanie was first introduced in "Scream Queens" Season 2 Episode 1 "Scream Again" where Chanel #5 and a patient lay victim to the Meanie, with #5 surviving.
Meanwhile, Hester, the Red Devil in "Scream Queens" Season1 after her Hannibal Lecter tribute, is back and will find a way to join the hospital staff, as she might also be working with the Green Meanie.
