Kim Kardashian's husband, Kanye West, has received an outpouring of support and sympathy from the music industry as well as fans. The embattled rapper has been hospitalized in Los Angeles on Monday following a "meltdown" that led to the cancellation of his Saint Pablo tour over the weekend.

On Monday, rapper and businessman Kanye West was brought to U.C.L.A. Medical Center in Los Angeles while handcuffed inside an ambulance. There were rumors that Kim Kardashian's husband, Kanye West, had a meltdown and that concerned citizens tipped off the Los Angeles Police Department. The case, however, was treated as a "medical emergency."

Over the weekend, he launched a 25-minute tirade against Beyonce, Jay Z, Mark Zuckerberg, and Hillary Clinton. He sang only three songs and walked out of the concert.

Organizers have promptly canceled the rest of his Saint Pablo Tour which was slated to run until the end of the year. For his part, Andy Lassner, Executive producer of "The Ellen DeGeneres Show," encouraged people not to make jokes at West's expense.
Kim Kardashian West, however, has yet to issue an official statement about her husband’s condition.
