A child needs time to relax, the body needs rest, the mind needs peace too, children when hustled through all weekend cease to enjoy their activities and they are more occupied by exhaustion than fun.

Children needs support and protection, but in order to keep their children, parents sometimes try to control their lives fully. To let children develop their fullest potential is the best way of upbringing, parents must give children the time and space they require in building self-confidence. Appreciation is important for children; it boosts their self-esteem but praising a child more than necessary could be damaging. Children may become arrogant or stop putting more efforts, thinking they already are perfect, according to The Week.

When it comes to teens, they are often attracted to harmful practices and may not understand the consequences on their own. Parents can randomly discuss their past mistakes and the lessons they learned. Also, parents must act how they want their children to act and be what they want them to become.
