Justin Bieber News: Fan Allegedly Planned To Attack ‘Sorry’ Singer; Bieber Answered With A Punch? [VIDEO]

Justin Bieber was photographed having a heated conversation with his security team after he allegedly punched a fan in Barcelona, Spain. The "Love Yourself" singer hit the man, who is discovered to be a minor, as he started touching Bieber on the chest. However, the song artist's Twitter fan claimed that the man bragged about hitting Bieber prior to the assault.

News about the "One Time" singer's violent outburst made the headlines yesterday but the authorities are not going to investigate the incident, reportedly, unless the fan files a formal complaint. A spokesperson from Mossos d'Esquadra confirmed that the alleged conflict is considered as a misdemeanor and not a crime, Daily Mail reported. The fan, however, has not confirmed whether or not he will be filing a report against the song artist over his actions.

Meanwhile, a Twitter supporter of the "Never Say Never" singer tweeted that the fan who was allegedly assaulted by Bieber apparently planned to attack the singer before it actually happened, The Sun reported. Twitter user @itakejustin claimed that the guy said that he was going to hit the "Boyfriend" singer. Bieber's Twitter fan apparently insulted the man before she left the scene.

The "Baby" singer, however, has not offered an official statement about the incident as of this posting. Bieber was caught on camera as he extended his arm out of his car window and smacked the guy while the fan was reaching out to his upper chest. The guy was then seen surprised as he was touching his lips with blood as Bieber's car drove away.
