DJI Inspire 2 is definitely a step-up compared to the Inspire 1 which was released back in Nov. 2014. After exactly two years, the DJI Inspire 2 has evolved to a level which ensures the drone being one of the must-haves and is difficult to beat.

According to The Verge, the DJI is rolling out DJI Inspire 2 considered to be a revamped version of its high-end model. The DJI Inspire 2 is mainly targeted for professional filmmakers' use.

The DJI Inspire 2 is tougher and more powerful compared to the Inspire 1. It has a new magnesium-aluminum body which increases stiffness while decreasing the weight. The top speed has increased to 50 miles per hour all the way to impressive and speedy 67 miles per hour.

The DJI Inspire 2's battery also improved from 18 minutes to 25 minutes. This is a significant increase as few additional minutes spell a big difference. This is definitely one of the best features of the drone.

The DJI Inspire 2 can also fly high, and by high, they mean high. The drone has a service ceiling of 16,400 feet. It also has a self-heating dual-battery system that can make it fly even on temperate and sub-zero temperatures.

The DJI Inspire 2 also features two cameras. The main camera is for capturing footages slung underneath on a three-axis gimbal. There is a simple two-axis camera on the front which allows the controller or pilot to see the direction the drone is headed.

The DJI Inspire 2 is designed for two operators. One is for the pilot controlling the drone and the another one is for receiving own live video feed.

As added by PC Mag, the DJI Inspire 2 is equipped with 5.2K video and 16-bit Raw images. It also has retractable landing gear and 360-degree camera rotation.

DJI Inspire 2 is certainly better compared to its predecessor and can easily overtake the best drones available in the market today. The downside though is the high-performance computer requires video editing. This drone is also not recommended for those who are just a mere hobbyist.
