'Scream Queens' Season 2 Episode 6 Recap: The Green Meanie Unmasked Revealed!

"Scream Queens" Season 2 Episode 6 revealed the person behind the Green Meanie mask. Before the revelation, the episode pursued the Blood Drive competition. The person who collects the most blood bags will win an all-expense paid trip to Blood Island.

Nurse Hoffel is the one responsible for the competition of Blood Drive in the latest episode of "Scream Queens" Season 2. Hoffel used the opportunity to put the Chanels to Blood Island, a dangerous place in the South China Sea. Hoofer's revenge plot was unknown until she revealed the reason why she's determined to get rid of the Chanels.

Hoffel's name is actually Ingrid Marie Bean and is the sister of Agatha Bean, according to Den of Geek. Hoffel claims her sister's face was burnt by the Chanels in Kappa Kappa Tau, and that's the reason why she hasn't been nice to the Chanels the whole duration of Season 2 of "Scream Queens." Hoffel's perfect plan to get rid of Chanel Oberlin was going smoothly until it failed because Chanel # 1 doesn't fly on anything but a charter jet.

Meanwhile, Zayday also used the Blood Drive contest as an opportunity to find the baby in 1985. Her on-going investigation led her to find the mother of the baby, however, there's no opportunity to get her blood. Chamberlain took the initiative in getting the blood type of the 1985 baby's mother and brought it to Zayday.

The Blood Drive competition got Chanel # 1 motivated in order to get the prize and spend it with Dr. Brock Holt. Munich used the competition to turn Dr. Holt against Chanel # 1 by switching her blood and reported that Chanel Oberlin has STD, according to Entertainment Weekly. Munich's setting up Chanel # 1 led to Dr. Holt's disgust in making love with her.

While everybody was taking advantage of the Blood Drive contest, Hester was hired to cure a patient with a Vampire disease. Chanel Oberlin was furious when she found that Hester used the blood for the competition in an attempt to cure her patient's disease. Hester revealed that Chanel # 1's blood is clean and free from STD and that brought back Dr. Holt's attraction to Chanel Oberlin.

"Scream Queens" Season 2 Episode 6 also revealed the Green Meanie and that is Dr. Cassidy Cascade. Cascade was caught by Nurse Hoffel getting rid of Chanel # 9 and was asked to remove his mask. Turns out, there were two Green Meanies killing the patients and the other one is still left unknown. With Hoffel's revenge comes to failure, Dr. Cassidy recruits Nurse Hoffel to join him as Green Meanie.

"Scream Queens" Season 2 Episode 7 is set to air on Nov. 29 on FOX.
