'Hawaii Five-0' Season 7 News & Update: Series' Key Cast Leaving? New Air Date for Episode 10 Announced!

Will this be the last season we get to see "Hawaii Five-0"? Reports suggest the police TV series' key cast is leaving after episode 13.

Max Bergman, who plays the role of Masi Oka, Honolulu's chief medical examiner, exits the series from as one of the main characters to a recurring one. This resulted to speculations about the series to end soon.

Max's character married Rumer Willis' Sabrina. The couple will be moving to Africa and will frequently visit Japan and Los Angeles for their businesses. This will make Masi Oka's visit to Hawaii difficult.

In another news, "Hawaii Five-0" showrunner Peter Lenkov shared his confidence in the series and looks forward to renewing and continue its eighth installation. However, word goes around that Alex O'Loughlin, who plays the lead role as Detective Steve McGarrett is set to leave the series after Season 8.

The lieutenant commander U.S Navy Reserve is said to leave "Hawaii Five-0" due to his health condition. According to Peter Lenkov, the actor has a choice to come back to the series or not. Lenkov assures that they are "moving forward" with or without him.

Reports suggest that the "H50" Season 7, Episode 10 will focus more on Danny William's character played by Scott Caan and his sister Bridget played by Missy Peregrym. This will give the viewers a better view and understanding of Danny's past.

"Hawaii Five-0" originally aired in 1968. The CBS channel created a reboot of the TV series which showed every Friday, at 9 p.m. since its fourth installment.

The popular police series "H50's" pilot episode was able to gather around 14 million viewers. The show was aired during Mondays, at 10 in the evening.

It maintained high viewership until its third installment when it's viewers went down to 8 million. When season 7 started airing, "H50's" viewership improved over 2 million, having approximately 10 million people watching the series.

CBS just announced "Hawaii Five-0" Season 7 Episode 10 new premiere date. "Ka Luhi" returns to small screens on Dec. 9, 2016 at 8 p.m.
