‘General Hospital’ Spoilers Nov. 28-Dec. 2: Nelle Breaks Sonny And Carly In Revenge; Jax Leaves Town; Nina Falls In Valentin’s Arms

"General Hospital" kicks off with Nelle's revenge plans getting executed. Jax leaves Port Charles after a phone call and Nina gets trapped in an island with a bad guy.

"General Hospital" spoilers for the week of Nov. 28 to Dec. 2 reveal thrilling events happening in town. To start off, Nelle Hayes (Chloe Lanier) sets her plans in motion to break the marriage of Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright).

Sonny will be so furious when he wakes up in his bed with Nelle sleeping naked beside him, GH spoilers via Celebrity Dirty Laundry revealed. Nelle said she was drunk too, which is not true because she doesn't drink given she only has one kidney. Sonny will not remember that and will fall under Nelle's manipulation. She will promise him she will keep it a secret.

While fans all saw that Nelle put a drug on Sonny's drink, took him upstairs, took off his clothes and hers, and then she climbed up on the bed, the pending question is whether Nelle actually raped Sonny. Nelle's actions are her ways of getting back on Carly for what she did with her mother Bobbie Spencer (Jacklyn Zeman).

Meanwhile, Carly will be conflicted about her feelings for her husband Sonny. But in the latter part of "General Hospital" episodes this week, she will try to reconcile with him. Will she find out what happened between Sonny and Nelle?

Elsewhere in GH, Jasper Jacks will be leaving Port Charles again this week. "General Hospital" spoilers tease that he will receive a distressing phone call. Details, however, were kept under wraps.

And then there's Nina Clay (Michelle Stafford), who will come over Valentin Cassadine (James Stuart). They will be trapped on Spoon Island after a storm rages in. Valentin will also use Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez) to get even closer to Nina, who is smitten with the little girl. Nina's closeness with Valentin will worry Maxie and Nathan, via Soaps.com.
