'Red Dead Redemption' Is Coming To Windows PC; Red Dead Redemption 2 Still On Petition

John Marston is coming to PC via the PlayStation Now, as the Rockstar Games confirmed. After six years of wait, "Red Dead Redemption" can now be played using the mouse and keyboard on your Windows PC.

The Forbes reported that the "Red Dead Redemption" and its zombie-themed expansion pack called the Undead Nightmare will be dropping its feet on PC. The open-world cowboy setting "RDR" will be playable via the PlayStation Now game streaming subscription.

It was also mentioned in the report that the "Red Dead Redemption" has been also available on Xbox One with backwards compatibility. Now, the game will be available on all platforms as the Rockstar Games announced it will be available on the PlayStation Now.

A PlayStation Now subscription is needed to play the "Red Dead Redemption" on Windows PC. Games on PlayStation Now are all optimized for Windows PC rendering for a maximum gaming experience.

It has been said a few years ago that that Rockstar Games is working to port the "Red Dead Redemption" to the PC. Since then no further development was made for a proper "RDR" PC version until today.

With the help of PlayStation Now, "Red Dead Redemption" can now be played on Windows PC starting December 6. We may also recall that the "RDR" 2 has been petitioned by several players to be ported to PC a week ago.

On the other hand, despite from considering the "Red Dead Redemption" in PC, the Game Rant reported that Rockstar Games has no plans of porting the game on Nintendo platforms. It has been also known that the Nintendo is currently struggling to port some great titles on their upcoming Nintendo Switch.

The "Red Dead Redemption" on PC via PlayStation Now will be available next Tuesday. "RDR" is known to be the best western open-world game since its release back in 2010.
