‘The Sisterhood Of The Traveling Pants’ 3 Is Coming Confirms Alexis Bledel & Blake Lively: Plot To Add An All-Male Cast?

Alexis Bledel, fresh from her return in the well-loved series, "Gilmore Girls" is set to reprise another memorable role. This time, the 35-year old actress confirms that she will reunite with friends, Blake Lively, America Ferrera, and Amber Tamblyn for "The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 3." This news makes fans curious about the plot and cast of the hit movie that was last shown in theaters through 'Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 2" eight years ago.

Bledel's announcement of another movie about magic pants which binds four best friends happened on "The Tonight Show" with Jimmy Fallon as published by Entertainment Weekly. The beautiful actress further adds that she has always been best friends with the cast members, Blake, America, and Amber and they are all excited with the idea of working on another movie together.

As the last sisterhood movie, "The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 2" was shown in 2008, it would be interesting what the plot of the third instalment would run. The funny guy, Jimmy Fallon during Bledel's guesting offered some wacky suggestions such as letting a scarecrow wear the pants to give the movie a horror twist.

Another suggestion of Fallon is for the film to feature a brotherhood this time and will star him, Paul Rudd, Kevin Hart, and Mark Gosselaar. This idea put Alexis Bledel laughing as she agrees that it is a possibility.

Meanwhile, in a Cosmopolitan Blake Lively appeared to have supported Alexis Bledel's announcement about a sisterhood sequel. The "Gossip Girl" star hinted in an interview that it has always been a dream for her to do another project with Bledel, Ferrera, and Tamblyn as she considers them her best friends. Likewise, Blake Lively posted a picture on social media showing the four of them together.
