'Bastards' Review: What Will Brothers Do When They Learn That Their Mom Lied About Their Dad Being Dead? [DETAILS HERE]

Family problems are dealt with differently. Single parents sometimes resort to telling lies about their estranged partners, most of the time telling their children that the latter has already passed away. This is exactly the case for the movie "Bastards."

The movie "Bastards" is about how a mother tells two of her sons that their father has already passed away. Both children grew up believing that fact until one instance which paved for the discovery that their father's death is a lie. The children then sets-forth to some sort of a mission to find out who their real father is.

According to Movie Insider, Peter and Kyle Reynolds are brothers whose eccentric mother raised them to believe that their father is dead when they were still very young. When both discovered that this is just a lie, they did the best that they could to find their father.

In process, the movie "Bastards" then continues on by both brothers learning more about their mother. It is believed that the information they found out are considered to be something they shouldn't have known.

It is interesting to know how both brothers would react upon finding out information about their mother. The movie Bastards will try to attempt letting movie goers know what those are and how both brothers are readily or not readily able to accept those facts.

Along the way, it is also intriguing to see if both brothers indeed found their true father. If so, will the father accept them even when they haven't had a patriarchal relationship for several years? This makes the movie "Bastards" more appealing.

As added by IMDb, the movie "Bastards" stars Owen Wilson and Ed Helms as the Reynolds brothers. Academy Award-winning actress Glenn Close plays as their eccentric mother. Other actors joining the topnotch list are Ryan Cartwright, Ving Rames, Bill Irwin and many more.

The movie "Bastards" will have its nationwide release on Jan. 27, 2017. The movie is under the direction of Lawrence Sher and written by Justin Malen.
