Hollywood A-lister Jennifer Aniston is known to star in romantic comedies which do well in the box office. However, the movie "Office Christmas Party" may be one of those movies moviegoers wish she didn't do.

According to Rotten Tomatoes, the movie "Office Christmas Party" only rated 43 percent. It only has an average of 4.9 out of 10 possible points with 130 reviews counted. This is rather disappointing as it didn't even make it to the half-way mark.

The movie "Office Christmas Party" is described as having an overstuffed plot which ultimately proves roughly as disappointing as its clichéd gags and forced sentimentality. Only 51 percent of 11,253 respondents liked the movie.

The movie "Office Christmas Party" solidifies its status as being a disappointing movie as it did not do well at the box office. The movie earned $16,890,204 which again is not the amount expected to be seen for a Jennifer Aniston movie.

Some critics of the "Office Christmas Party" said that even the third act demolition derby tribute to The Blues Brothers can't revitalize the stiff by Top Critic Scott Marks. Another review said that it is another reminder that allowing the cast to improvise instead of providing a coherent script leads to decline in laughter by Top Critic Susan Wloszczyna.

As added by IMDb, another review by Dave McClain said that if one gets invited and don't expect too much, there may be some fun but the movie "Office Christmas Party" is one party that one shouldn't reshuffle plans in order to attend. A metaphor describing the movie as something that is not meant to be watched.

The movie "Office Christmas Party" is still in theaters. It may not be disappointing for others, even when most have already expressed thoughts about it.
