'Rick and Morty' Season 3 Sneak Peek Released; Rick To Lose It In Show's Latest Installment? Morty Wants To Be Normal Teenager?

The sneak peek for "Rick and Morty" Season 3 has been released and it could be seen that Morty is starting to hesitate to be with Rick and his crazy adventures. Rick was also seen almost losing it towards the end of the video.

"Rick and Morty" will not be coming to the small screen this year and the release date remains a mystery but fans were treated to the latest sneak peek making them want to see the premiere even more. It is believed that "Rick and Morty" Season 3 will be out sometime early 2017.

The science fiction comedy series, produced by Adult Swim, just released a more than two-minute-long video. In the first part of the sneak peek, Morty was seen trying to hit things off with Jessica, who is newly single. However, Rick interrupted the moment even before Morty could ask Jessica out. The grandfather and grandson were then seen going into a portal for another space adventure, Epic Stream reported.

Six days after the crazy adventure, Rick and Morty were seen receiving an award during a ceremony. That part of the "Rick and Morty" Season 3 sneak peek referenced the first "Star Wars" flick "New Hope," Nerdist reported.

Seeing Rick on the "Rick and Morty" Season 3 sneak peek came as a surprise to many of the fans since, in the Season 2 finale, Rick was seen giving himself up to the Intergalactic Federation to save his family. There is no hint in the "Rick and Morty" Season 3 sneak peek regarding how Rick was able to get out of the control of the federation.

The sneak peek was far from finished as the effects and the color were not yet done. The footage just showed rough sketches but it did feature the voice of Justin Roiland for the two characters. Towards the end of the video, the two were seen re-evaluating everything that happened to them in their latest adventure and Rick was also shaken up by barely making it out alive.
