‘Legends Of Tomorrow’ Will Be back With A Young George Lucas

Yes, fans read that right. “Legends of Tomorrow” season 2 will be back on Jan. with a young George Lucas.

Matt Angel is set to play the young George Lucas and the team will have to save them as Lucas quits film school. This means that there will be no “Star Wars” movie in the future.

The “Legends of Tomorrow” story follows that Ray (Brandon Routh) and Nate (Nick Zano) will lose their brilliance. It’s important to note that they’re inspired to become who they are right now because of Lucas’ films. So, the team will have to save George Lucas in the past in order to save his future and the future of the minds who he inspired, TV Line reports.

The reason why Lucas will drop-off from film school will still be revealed in the episode. Also, it will include Arthur Darvill’s Rip Hunter who is working on a sci-fi film as a director in 1967.

Because Lucas won’t create his films, the “Legends of Tomorrow” will also show an alternate reality that shows what happens when “Star Wars” and “Raiders of the Lost Ark” won’t be made. With this lost, Brandon and Nick will be the most affected persons in the team.

To save everyone, “Legends of Tomorrow” heroes will have to convince Lucas to go back to film school and become a filmmaker. They will also have to reveal to Lucas that he’ll be making “Star Wars: Episode I - The Phantom Menace” just so they can convince him.

There are some good and bad signs that the show is resorting to an episode referred to Star Wars. it’s a good tribute for the death of Carrie Fisher who portrayed the iconic princess, Princess Lea, A. V. Club reports.

“Legends of Tomorrow” will return in CW on Jan. 24. What do you think could be the reason that George Lucas decides to drop film school? Sound your comments below.
