Ben Affleck, Jennifer Garner Divorce: Jen Kicks Ben Out; Celeb Mom Spotted Looking Happy on a Morning Run

It has been two months since the A-list couple Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner announced their divorce. The family remains a hot topic following their announcement. There were speculations dragging Ben to having an affair with their ex-nanny and reports that the "Daredevil" sweethearts are giving their marriage another blow. Unfortunately, it seems that the split is inevitable.

Last week, sources confirmed to US Weekly that the pair has finally decided to remove their wedding rings, and that they are now ready to move on. In an earlier report from Parent Herald, the "Batman vs Superman" star was spotted without his wedding band when he went on a family outing to Underwood Family Farms in Moonpark, Calif. Two days after, he was spotted running errands in Los Angeles still without his wedding ring.

On the other hand, Garner also reportedly went out without her wedding ring for two days in a row. According to Mail Online,  the "Elektra" star was seen near her home in Brentwood, Calif.  with one of the new nannies with her bare ring finger. The following day, the "Alias" star was with her daughter Seraphina, 6, and again without her wedding ring on.

The latest reports about the estranged couple revealed that Garner has finally kicked Affleck out of their home. Celeb Dirty Laundry reports that the Affleck has turned to be more of a cheater and embarrassment that the Garner wanted him out for good.

Insiders disclosed that Garner already told Affleck that he is no longer welcome at their home even after the construction is done. Affleck rented a place nearby so he will still be close to their children.

Prior to this, People reports that Garner is considering their living situation after the split. A source close to the family said: "Jen will always make sure that Ben spends as much time with the kids as he wants, but she is rethinking their living situation."

Meanwhile, Garner seems to be adjusting to her single life pretty well. She was spotted last Sunday working out with a trainer. The mom-of-three sported a white tank top, workout pants and sneakers. She went out without makeup but she was glowing, according to Entertainment Tonight. The actress had a huge smile on her face and was apparently very slim. The report suggests that Garner looks fit and happier than ever on that day.

In a separate report from People, a source said that Garner is getting back to her happy disposition. "Jen seems in good spirits and is almost back to her normal, positive personality. She's happy to get back to her usual, family routine with the kids in L.A," the source said.
